The goal is to support full participation, provide education and paid employment opportunities, and integration in the community. The skill enhancement component provides one-on-one learning opportunities to acquire new skills to meet clearly defined goals, often in partnership with referring agencies. The rural component provides regional support to individuals who require specific employ services and resources to enable them to access and secure employment opportunities.

The Pre-employment component provides employment assessment, and life skills instruction while assisting the individual with job search.

The Project Coordinator co-ordinates the development and administration of services on behalf on the Board, and ensures that services criteria are met.
